With over thirteen years of post-NYSC professional experience, including a decade of deep specialization in human resources, Olabisi has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to align people, processes, and operational systems with overarching business goals. Her expertise spans core HR functions and extends into corporate services leadership, including policy and procedure formulation, HR strategy, payroll restructuring, performance management systems, talent management, employee relations, dispute resolution, and HR department optimization. She also oversees key administrative and operational frameworks, ensuring efficient service delivery, resource management, and a seamless internal working environment.
Olabisi has successfully partnered with and managed numerous clients across diverse industries, delivering tailored HR and organizational solutions. She has coordinated and managed over 300 open and in-plant training sessions for organizations within and outside Nigeria, demonstrating strong capability in program execution and stakeholder management. She also played a pivotal role on the organizing team of the annual Africa Emotional Intelligence Conference, a leading platform for thought leadership in the region.
