Leveraging Empathy to Bloom Belonging in Crises

Belonging

In these times of multiple crises, polarization and isolation, how can we move together to create new sustainable opportunities and possibilities for individuals and communities? Research says empathy is declining (6sec.org/soh) but isn’t that one of the most essential tools for increasing belonging and connection? Join this free, interactive “EQ Café” event to practice tools that will help us do so.

“Because we can feel belonging only if we dare to share our most authentic selves with people, our sense of belonging can never be greater than our level of self-acceptance. True belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are; it requires you to be who you are” – Brené Brown
