EQ LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION
This transformational certification program equips leaders with insights and core tools to increase performance. Participants will clarify the essential ingredients of great leadership in today’s context. They’ll learn tools and methods to accelerate change, sustain performance, and leverage emotional intelligence to achieve better results. Drawing on 40 years of proven experience building leadership excellence, it delivers 24 hours of dynamic tuition, networking, laughter and learning. Delivery: 3/4 days in person Duration: 24 hours (6/8 hours per day) Participants: min 16 – max 24 Target Audience: Mid-Senior Leaders, Directors, incl C-suite In advance: Participants take the SEI questionnaire and receive their Leadership Report to review together with pre-course reading.
