This was almost not in practice in Nigeria.

We were contacted via LinkedIn to become a partner to The KPI Institute, Australia. This enables our clients earn a globally recognised certificates in Performance Management.
We became a partner to Six Seconds in the USA (the world’s largest Emotional Intelligence Network). This global partnership further solidifies our capacity in deploying AI-backed solutions.
Our client base rose to over 50 industry leader companies, from the FMCGs to oil and gas, IT, schools, religious organisations and so on.
We organize the largest Emotional Intelligence gathering in Africa called Africa Emotional Intelligence Conference (AEIC) with a focus on 2 key sectors (Education and Corporate) with the theme “Using Emotional Intelligence to Increase Productivity, Improve Profitability and Optimise Learning". We had 15 speakers around the globe.
We organised the second AEIC gathering with the theme “Personal and Organisation Vitality…an emotional intelligence pathway". We had about 13 speakers and panellists from Nigeria to the USA, India, Kenya, South Africa and Dubai. With COVID-19 in 2020, the conference has remained an online event till 2023
