Downsizing, Outplacement, Rightsizing and Layoffs in reality is simply an unplanned end to a phase in the work life of an individual; it means other phases exist. However, Life is 10% of what happens to us and 90% about how we “respond” or “react” to what has happened.
This program has been designed to make participants respond rather than react to Layoff. It takes into consideration the challenges that could emanate from layoffs and thus, layout requisite training and coaching solutions to empower participants emotionally and psychologically and in addition help participants create the most appropriate path for their tomorrow through our status-revealing personality and psychometric assessment and coaching.
