Emotional intelligence (aka “EQ”) means being smarter with feelings and we can grow EQ by practising together. EQ Cafés are insightful, engaging sessions for people curious about emotional intelligence to connect and learn together.

We are blessed to have a global community working towards 1 billion people practising emotional intelligence. Gathering in community and practising emotional intelligence supports us, this time in growing our resilience, another one of the foundational pillars of EQ.

In this Emotional Intelligence Application Café we will discover:

• ① Obstacles to learning and how those apply to you, employees, students, and others.
• ② How emotions can block or fuel learning, and how emotional intelligence can help us use emotions more effectively.
• ③ Principles from the Six Seconds Learning Philosophy, a framework for creating emotionally intelligent processes – which we can use ourselves and teach to others.

The Applied Emotional Intelligence courses can be deployed in 2 Hours – Half Day or full-day insightful sessions for employees to achieve change by applying the potency of emotional intelligence to different areas of organisational needs.
