We are each part of many communities – they can sustain and support us… but that’s not always the case. What happens when the community is strong, and what are the elements that make it so? Even more importantly… what’s your part in it… and how can your unique talents contribute to the community?

Emotional intelligence (aka “EQ”) means being smarter with feelings and we can grow EQ by practising together. EQ Cafés are insightful, engaging sessions for people curious about emotional intelligence to connect and learn together.

We are blessed to have a global community working towards 1 billion people practising emotional intelligence. Gathering in community and practising emotional intelligence supports us, this time in growing our resilience, another one of the foundational pillars of EQ.

The Applied Emotional Intelligence courses can be deployed in 2 Hours – Half Day or full-day insightful sessions for employees to achieve change by applying the potency of emotional intelligence to different areas of organisational needs.
