Our Story

Born out of tragedy, built on purpose.

In September 2022, one woman’s pain sparked a movement. Her untimely passing revealed a critical truth—emotional strength can save lives.

From that moment, the EQ Empowered Woman Movement was born.

Since then, we’ve grown into a global community of nearly 2,000 women. Together, we’ve hosted powerful conferences, weekly support sessions, gratitude and detox challenges—and most importantly, we’ve healed, grown, and bloomed from within.

This November, we gather again—stronger, together.

MAIN SPEAKERS

Lara Kudayisi Don-Momoh is a Certified CBT/Strategy Coach who turned deep personal trauma into a healing movement. Founder of The Healing School, she has guided over 6,000 clients globally, specializing in emotional intelligence, mind mastery, and empowerment.

Joyce Daniels, the Queen of Talk, is Africa’s leading executive speaking coach and communication strategist. For nearly two decades, she has empowered professionals and high-achachieving women to command the stage, amplify their influence, and monetise their expertise.

Dr. Enahoro Okhae is a globally certified EQ Expert, author, and business leader. He is the MD of Pause Factory (6 Seconds EQ Partner) and CEO of GIG Mobility. He guides leaders in leveraging Emotional Intelligence for maximum performance.

Lebari Ukpong, The EQ Whisperer, is a certified Leadership & Executive Coach who blends neuroscience and EQ to drive peak performance. The MD of Inside Edge Ltd, she has empowered over 3,000 students and equips leaders to create strategic, soulful, and resilient impact.

Dolly Ohanyere is a seasoned Self-Mastery and Performance Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. The Lead Coach at Thrive360, she specializes in Human Capital Management. Dolly is also the founder of The Healthy Marriage Hub, empowering individuals to build wholesome lives and relationships.

Timon Oviawe is a 23-year veteran in human development and leadership. As CEO of TOPIT Consulting, he is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach who has trained leaders at UBA, Mobil, and Nestle. He also guides couples as a relationship counselor and author of The Heart’s Homework.

Shola Odeyinde is a highly certified HR Management Professional (SHRM/HRCI, U.S.A.) with over 16 years of experience aligning HR strategy to business goals. She currently serves as the HR Business Partner for Golden Sugar Company, bringing deep corporate growth expertise to the panel.

Chidinma Nkwocha is the Head of HR & Admin at Ebenco Group, a certified EQ Practitioner, and the Founder of CAS Consult Nig Ltd. With over 30 years of experience, she is a dedicated mentor who specializes in strategic HR, leadership development, and organizational growth.
