EQ LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION

This transformational certification program equips leaders with insights and core tools to increase performance.

Participants will clarify the essential ingredients of great leadership in today’s context. They’ll learn tools and methods to accelerate change, sustain performance, and leverage emotional intelligence to achieve better results.

Drawing on 40 years of proven experience building leadership excellence, it delivers 24 hours of dynamic tuition, networking, laughter and learning. Participants will learn to apply the Six Seconds’ EQ-in-Action model
with a system of specific tools, metrics and techniques to strengthen their leadership.

THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE

Pre Course

Pre-Course is designed to ensure a smooth transition to the face to face training.

Participants are required to take the following steps:

SEI Leadership Assessment – Complete the SEI Leadership Assessment to to have your personalized report which will be a guide for you through  out the program

SEI Assessment Debrief – Have a one-on-one coaching session about the report of your assessment and set the tone for your personal pursuit during the certification course

Group Call – Join a one hour group call as a start for the certification with all the facilitators

Forum introduction – Share an introduction message to present yourself to the other course participants and share your expectations;

Expectations – Share your expectations regarding the training course;

Core Course

During the three-day leadership training session, the curriculum is crafted to foster hands-on learning and encourage active participation. The program includes a variety of activities, ranging from basic concept matching to detailed case study analysis, all aimed at enhancing leadership skills and competencies.

The learning experience consists in:

-Applying EQ Leadership concepts in practical exercises,

-Use established models to develop personal leadership pathways;

-Reflect on personal  experiences and align them with leadership emotional data and creating a journey to relevance

After Course

When the core course is over, the learning process is not over. Participants are needed to take the following steps:

-Complete the online reflection and read associated materials

-Submit a simple document capturing important learnings, your application and the difference it has made to you.

Program Fee:  $2000 – This covers accommodation, complete feeding, Personalized EQ Leadership assessments, coaching sessions, and selected activities at the beach resort.

In advance:  Participants take the SEI questionnaire and receive their Leadership Report to review together with pre-course one-on-one coaching and group call

During the workshop:  Participants explore their reports through the lens of the latest neuro-leadership research participating in a variety of interactive activities to foster the leadership skills essential to create positive change.
